Shopping at Theukuthula is very simple. Select the model and/or number you want in our store and click on “Add to cart”. You can choose between the following payment methods: Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal, and Visa.

As in other stores, we will send you a confirmation email indicating the details of your purchase and your order number

SHIPPING 

Theukuthula orders are shipped Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Shipping costs will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your items. We offer Standard and Express services for most destinations. You must choose the type of service during the purchase process.

Please be aware, our shipping partners are experiencing COVID-19 related delays which may result in extended delivery times.  

TAXES AND RATES

The cost of taxes and fees is included throughout the EU except in the Canary Islands, Ceute and Melilla. For the rest of the world the specific regulations of each country apply. In the case of shipments to countries outside the European Union, the purchaser shall pay customs charges, if applicable. Before making any purchase involving international shipping, we recommend that you inform yourself about the restrictions and taxes imposed by customs in your country. In the event that the purchaser refuses to accept the shipment, any costs incurred by UKUTHULA SPORTSWEAR in terms of duties, taxes, shipping and return costs or any other additional costs will be charged to the purchaser. The same conditions as above shall apply in the case of returns of products sent to countries outside the European Union, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect of the product.

FOLLOW UP ORDER

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Also, our logistics partner will contact you to offer all possible facilities to deliver your order.
